Refund and cancellation policy

The short version: cancel a month ahead and you lose nothing. Here is the detail, including what happens when the mountain decides for us.

If you cancel

30 or more days before departure — full refund. No fee, no questions.

15 to 29 days before — 50% refund. By this point permits and vehicles are partly committed.

14 days or fewer — no refund. Entrance permits, transport and the ATVs are reserved in your name and cannot be resold at short notice.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, the money can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement — that delay is on the banking side, not ours.

If we cancel

We cancel only for conditions that make the ride genuinely unsafe: snowstorms, electrical storms, or a road or park closure. In that case you choose, with no pressure from us, between a free reschedule to any later date and a full refund of everything you paid.

Light rain or cloud is not a cancellation. The tour runs, and the colours will be less vivid — we would rather tell you that plainly than pretend otherwise.

Changing your date

One date change is free if you ask 15 or more days ahead and we have space on the new date. Inside 15 days a change depends on availability, so message us as early as you can.

No-shows and late pickups

If you are not at the pickup point at the agreed time and we cannot reach you, the booking counts as a no-show and is not refundable — the group has to leave to reach the mountain in morning light. If we are late, tell us immediately on WhatsApp; delays caused by us are ours to fix.

How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] with your booking name and date. We confirm in writing within one business day.
