These terms apply to every booking made on this site. They are written to be read, not to be hidden behind.

Who you are contracting with

Your contract is with Inka's Network Adventure E.I.R.L. (RUC 20527595011), Jose Olaya 343, Cusco, Peru, trading as Inkanet Adventure. This website is operated by that company.

What the price includes

Exactly what is listed on the tour page: hotel pickup in Cusco, round-trip tourist transport, a professional guide, one single-rider ATV with helmet and safety equipment, entrance fees for Rainbow Mountain and the Red Valley, breakfast and lunch in Cusipata, and a first aid kit. Dinner, accommodation, tips and travel insurance are not included.

Your responsibilities as a rider

You must attend the full safety briefing, wear the helmet and safety equipment provided for the entire ride, and follow the guide's instructions and pace.

You must not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We will refuse to let you ride, with no refund, if you are impaired — this is not negotiable, at 5,000 m least of all.

You are responsible for declaring any medical condition that could be affected by altitude or physical activity. If in doubt, speak to a doctor before you travel.

Reasonable care of the machine is expected. Damage caused by riding off the guided route, racing, or ignoring instructions may be charged to you at repair cost.

Health and altitude

The tour reaches approximately 5,030 m. Although you ride rather than climb, altitude affects everyone differently. We strongly recommend at least two nights in Cusco beforehand. We are not medical providers and cannot assess your fitness for altitude on your behalf.

Changes we may have to make

Weather, road closures, strikes or protests occasionally force a change of route or timing. Where that happens we will deliver the closest equivalent experience possible, and where the day cannot run at all the refund policy applies.

Liability

Riding an ATV in high mountain terrain carries inherent risk, which you accept by booking. We are liable for our own negligence and for failures in the equipment and service we provide, and we carry the insurance required of a licensed Peruvian operator. We are not liable for loss arising from your own failure to follow safety instructions, from undeclared medical conditions, or from events outside our reasonable control.

We strongly recommend travel insurance that explicitly covers quad biking and activities above 4,000 m. Many standard policies exclude both.

Photography

We sometimes photograph tours for our own channels. Tell the guide on the day if you would rather not appear, and we will respect that without discussion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Peruvian law, and any dispute falls to the courts of Cusco, Peru. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under Peruvian law.
