Privacy policy

We collect what we need to run your tour and nothing we can sell. No data brokers, no advertising profiles.

What we collect

When you book: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, travel date, number of travelers and any dietary or medical note you choose to share. We need all of it to pick you up, buy your entrance tickets and feed you correctly.

When you enquire: only what you type into the form or send by WhatsApp.

Payment data: none. Card details go directly to Izipay, our payment processor. We never see, store or transmit your card number.

Why we hold it

To deliver the tour you paid for, to contact you about it, to issue a receipt or invoice, and to meet the record-keeping obligations of a registered Peruvian travel agency. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept while legally required for tax and accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not legally required to retain it. We reply within one business day.

Cookies and measurement

This site runs no advertising trackers and sets no cookies for profiling. Where we measure traffic, we use aggregate figures that do not identify individual visitors. The only third parties that receive your data are Izipay, when you pay, and WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there — each under its own privacy terms.
